Speaker Bio

Marian is MovingDot’s lead consultant in human performance in ATM. Marian joined MovingDot in 2020 after a long career at ATC the Netherlands. With over 25 years of experience in the world of the human in the ATM system, Marian’s main driver is managing complexity, workload and fatigue to ensure successful human performance in the ATM system. Marian has been actively involved in developing and implementing FRM within ANSPs, from both the operational and organisational perspective. On behalf of MovingDot, Marian is also co-chair of the CANSO Human Performance Management Workgroup.
