Francesca is a Technical Community Leader at Airbus Protect with around 10 years of experience in the aviation sector. She currently leads the Safety & Sustainability Technical Leaders and Advisors, supporting technical expertise mastering through knowledge and skills development. She ensures that core competencies are properly maintained and future needs are identified.

She has previously worked on ATM and UTM Safety projects, from introducing new operations to systems evolutions, and is currently supporting the business development in line with (EU) 2017/373 and (EU) 2021/664. With a strong background in avionics and flight operations, she is passionate about driving collaboration and delivering innovative solutions for aviation safety.
