Speaker Bio

Crystal is the Strategic Policy Advisor at the Dutch Caribbean Air Navigation Service Provider (DC-ANSP) in Curaçao. She started working at DC-ANSP in 2015 as a Quality & Safety Manager and transitioned to her current role in 2024. Crystal has been actively involved in the implementation of quality and safety management systems and procedures within DC-ANSP and has a leading role in the implementation of FRM as part of DC-ANSP’s safety management system. As a Strategic Policy Advisor, Crystal oversees the development and implementation of the strategic planning, while collaborating with stakeholders to uphold the quality, safety and efficiency of the ANS operations.
