Speaker Bio

Ella Pinska-Chauvin, a Safety and Human Factors expert, has 15 years of experience in the European ATM domain. She holds an MSc in aviation psychology and a PhD in Human Factors. Ella has worked on R&D and advanced operational projects, mainly in airport and TMA areas. Currently, she supports INTEGRA, conducting safety assessments for SESAR technical projects. Previously, she spent nearly nine years at EUROCONTROL’s Safety team, performing safety assessments, investigations, and culture surveys. Ella has has also conducted various validation activities analyzing the airspace structure and organization from safety and human factors perspectives. Additionally, she has extended experience in multinational, interdisciplinary projects.
