Graeme MacLeod is a seasoned aviation leader with over 20 years of experience, renowned for driving operational excellence and transformative change in the industry. As the Airfield & Air Traffic Product Director at Manchester Airport Group, he spearheads key initiatives in airfield and air traffic digitisation and optimisation and developing a strategic vision to span the next 20 to 25 years.
Previously, Graeme played a pivotal role at easyJet, where he served as Head of Ground Operations and Head of Customer Service. During his tenure, he led groundbreaking innovations, including the launch of the world’s largest automated bag drop facility, while significantly improving on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
