She has held roles of increasing responsibility, contributing to major programs like SESAR, SYSAT, 4-Flight, Network Manager Flight & Flow programme, combining technical, operational and strategic skills. Since 2008, she has been with Sopra Steria, where she currently serves as Agency Director and Business Line Director, leading teams and delivering innovative solutions tailored to client needs within the Air Traffic Management market. A graduate of ENSEEIHT in Electronics and Signal Processing, she is recognized for her strategic vision, commitment, and ability to align team efforts with organizational and client goals. Meriem excels in communication and decision-making, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.
