Speaker Bio

Morris Milekovic joined DFS in 2006. He has a degree in computer science, with a focus on distributed systems and software architectures. He has used this foundation in various tasks and positions at DFS, which were always in the context of the development and design of air traffic control systems. In 2019, he and a colleague set up the software architecture board at DFS and took over the management of the Solution Design department in 2023. Since then, he has focused on modernizing air traffic control systems to use cloud technologies and infrastructures, as well as service-oriented architectures in DFS and SESAR.
