Speaker Bio

Stella-Marissa Hughes is CAE’s Air Traffic Services Training Centre Leader, overseeing the delivery of training to more than 100 future controllers each year. Stella joined CAE in 2015 in the Innovation Engineering group, supporting CAE’s adoption of emerging technologies. She since worked in strategy and business development, and was responsible for launching what is today CAE’s New Markets group – a team that supports the safe operations of the next generation of aviation. Stella has been at the spearhead of the NAV CANADA – CAE partnership and serves as the Accountable Manager to Canada’s first Approved Training Organization.
