Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) and systems integrators are faced with the growing challenge of how to accelerate new technology deployment so that value can be delivered sooner, while balancing financial constraints. Although there is no one-size-fits-all solution, this presentation will consider some of the of possibilities before us, from traditional procurements to formal consortia, and their trade-offs. The presenter will bring a unique ANSP and systems integrator perspective with a focus on the flexible ATM product platform from Leidos and pragmatic, collaborative approach to solutions deployment.
