In ATM/ANS, EASA ensures the highest level of safety and environmental protection. It conducts oversight of pan-European service providers. It produces the rules and checks on their uniform implementation by the national competent authorities. EASA further certifies systems and their constituent parts, as well as the organisations involved in their design and production.
